* Debate on innate and acquired intelligence from the scientific view:
  Most of the educators that support the view of acquired intelligence take environment as the most important factor; they believe that culture and environment could influence everything. And actually it's the mainstream idea. Whenever someone mention about the idea of innate measurement, they would criticize it as labeling. However, for anyone with emotion, the inner value system has already been labeled. So the point is that what's the scientific and theory basis of labeling, but not whether we're labeling. Now it's time for educators to review the new ideas of genetic scientists and developmental cognitive neuroscientists about how gene could influence one's life. Teach students in accordance of their aptitude could be the final dream in the future. Let's take a look at genetic information:

The degree of impetuosity, aptitude, attitude, sensitivity and ability are all connate.

   
* Any human behaviors could be intervened by genes. This idea is one's of the greatest breakthrough in this new century, and it also brings great changes to the research on parent-child relationship, education, psychological curing and other topics related to human beings. Once when get to understand these innate qualifications, we could be easily to solve any psychological and social problems.
   
* Research of Behavior genetics is based on enormous speculations, experiments and statistics. And DNA research also needs strong scientific background and resources. So for those who want to do research on behavior genetics, a new way should be attempted.
   
* Dermatoglyph is unique for everyone, and is decided by genes. If we could find the relationships among intelligence, behavior, temperament and personality characteristics of human beings, we could help people to challenge the uncertain future with fierce competition confidently.
   
* About personality characteristics
  Once you get full information about your personality characteristics, you could better understand yourself and appreciate others, adjust your behavior style to the environmental need, and communicate with others effectively.
  In 450 BC., Hippocrates described four such dispositions he called temperaments-a choleric temperament with an ease of emotional arousal and sensitivity; a phlegmatic temperament with cool detachment and impassivity; a melancholic temperament with a very serious, dour, and downcast nature; and a sanguine temperament full of impulsivity, excitability, and quick reactivity.
   
  These four temperament styles are as below:
  -Sanguine: full of impulsivity, excitability, and quick reactivity.
-Choleric: with an ease of emotional arousal and sensitivity.
-Phlegmatic: with cool detachment and impassivity.
-Melancholic: with a very serious, dour, and downcast nature.
   
  And in 1978, Dr. Samuel Houston & Dr. Dudley Solomon also developed the popular PDP(Personal Dynametric Profile)in which personality characteristics are classified as:
  -D(Dominance)
-E(Extroversion)
-P(Patience)
-C(Conformity)
   
  DPBS believes that anyone has his own unique innate personality characteristics, and could be recognized by dermatoglyph. Until now, it's the easiest and fastest way to find out personality characteristics accurately and effectively.
  We classify personality characteristics into five categories: Cool Eagle, Dazzling Peacock, Lovely Ostrich, Steady-going Wild goose, Changeful Parrot. And the five categories could be extended to 160 types, such as Dazzling eagle, lovely eagle, steady-going eagle, introversive eagle, lively eagle, relaxed eagle, etc.

* About multiple intelligence
  According to Dr. Howard Gardner, there are 8 and 1/2 types of multiple intelligences: Interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, spatial intelligence, linguistic intelligence, musical intelligence, Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, Mathematical - logical intelligence, naturalistic intelligence and 1/2 of existential intelligence.

* About learning characteristics
  Personal learning characteristics and styles are decided by the following three factors:
  1. What's the easiest way for you to acquire information?
  2. How to screen, process and re-organize information?
  3.What's the best environment for you to be engaged in studying?
   
  Ken & Rita Dunn from St. John's University has done a research on the learning styles of students, and found that among those who can remember above 75% of the details, about 30% could finish it by just "listening to" the lesson, about 40% need to remember that by reading (including text or image), about 15% must "touch" the things, and another 15% have to finish the task by taking actions or learning through practices. We can see that everyone has his own learning characteristics. However, traditional education tends to teach different people in the same way. Those who used to learn by static ways (such as reading, listening) could get a better result, however, those who learn through practices will be sacrificed. Intelligence development of an individual should be distinguished from the early stage, and then the information can be used to strengthen their education opportunities and selections. This will allow individuals with special talents to obtain special guidance or allow individuals with abnormal or deficient intelligence to obtain special plans to improve their weakness.
